Subscriptions are the wrong model for an on-device clipboard
A clipboard manager with no subscription should still let you copy, search, and paste if you never pay. The upgrade should be capacity and convenience, not a lock on your own text.

Confirming the purchase uses Play. After that, clipboard history works offline because it never needed a Soloclip server.
